The objectives of Chapter Officer Advisors shall be to proactively advise and monitor the progress of the chapter; to provide counsel and leadership; to assist in educating the active chapter membership and its leaders; and to promote educated decision making. Areas of assistance shall include: academics, finances, recruitment, leadership, community\/campus relations, and risk management. Fraternity emphasis shall be placed upon pledge education, standards and ritual education.<\/p>\n
Additionally, the Chapter Officer Advisors shall be a separate entity from the Zeta Alpha\u00a0 Alumni Association. It shall provide consistency in the advisement to the chapter, assist in officer transitions, chapter operations, leadership retreats and further training of members. The Chapter Officer Advisors shall live by the phrase \u201cTheta Chi for Life\u201d and provide the opportunity for alumni and undergraduates, alike, to learn its true meaning.<\/p>\n
