2026 Golf Outing Registration

The plans for the  33rd Zeta Alpha Theta Chi Fraternity Golf Outing is underway and we are looking forward to renewing relationships and creating new ones with the brothers of the Zeta Alpha chapter.

The Golf Outing will be held at Slippery Rock Golf Club at 160 Ralston Rd, Slippery Rock, PA 16057.

It will be a shotgun start at 1:00 pm and we ask everyone who plans to play to arrive by 12:15 pm. Otherwise come when you like.

After golf we will retire to the Theta Chi House at 115 Kiester Road, Slippery Rock, Pa 16057 awards from the golf outing, food and a variety of beverages will begin around 6:00 pm.

Each year the event has grown and we wish to share the steps we have taken.

Please note these items:

  1. Any participant over the age of 70 will play from the Gold Tees rather than the normal White Tees (so it may encourage those of you under 70 to seek these brothers out for your team!
  2. The alumni Board will be providing a hot dog and drink at the clubhouse during the event for attendees.
  3. Anyone interested in purchaseing a T-sign for the Helping Hand Fund for $100 may do so by contacting John Farrar.
  4. We have created an online registration form for ease of registration. (See below)

You will not have to pay in advance. The golf course required payment in advance by June 1 so the The Alumni Board will issue a check to cover the total amount.  Golfers can remit their $55 on site the morning of the event.

We have a Square. Rregistrants can pay by credit card however there will be a 3% processing fee. Those paying by credit card will be charged $56.65.

Since the Board is covering the cost and accepting payment the day of the event, if you register for the outing and do not show, you will still be responsible for the fee or be placed in “not in god standing status” until the fee is paid.

The after golf awards program and dinner will be held at the Theta Chi House. Those attending the dinner, the price is $20 and can be paid to the chapter when you arrive. (Please help the chapter out by bringing cash!)  Again if you say you are coming your are financially responsible.

All registrations MUST be finalized and received no later than May 29, 2026.

Let us know if you are coming to the outing, if you plan to play golf. Once the commitment is made you are financially responsible.
If you do not not have a foursome, just enter "Pair me with others" in the box. If this box is not completed, we will pair you with others.
Dinner includes several BBQ options, sides and drinks of your choice. Dinner reservations will be made on your behalf and payment will be expected on site. Any reservations made and not cancelled by May 31, 2025 or paid will place the individual in not in good standing status until paid.
If by chance you have some folding chairs you can bring to the BBQ please let us know. We could always use some additional seating.
Anything you can provide will help. It does not need to be expensive. Let us know if you are willing to bring something.
You may inform us that you intend to order a Tee sign that will support the Zeta Alpha Helping Hand Fund andchapter activities. You will be contacted by Brother Doug Bull.
Let us know if you plan to stop by at the "Welcome Event" so we can make sure there are enough refreshments and food!
We are aware that there are some who do not use email of whom you may be aware are planning to attend. Or you may be planning to bring a spouse for dinner. Please add that information in this box to notify us of their attendance, plans for golf and meal reservation.
