2026 Golf Outing Registration

The plans for the  33rd Zeta Alpha Theta Chi Fraternity Golf Outing June 12-13, 2026 is underway and we are looking forward to renewing relationships and creating new ones with the current brothers of the Zeta Alpha Chapter.

The Golf Outing will be held June 13, 2026 at Slippery Rock Golf Club at 160 Ralston Rd, Slippery Rock, PA 16057.

It will be a shotgun start at 1:00 pm and we ask everyone who plans to play to arrive by 12:15 pm. Otherwise come when you like.

After golf we will retire to the Theta Chi House at 115 Kiester Road, Slippery Rock, Pa 16057 awards from the golf outing, food and a variety of beverages will begin around 6:00 pm.

The deadline for registrations is May 29, 2026.

  • The golf course requires payment in advance.
  • The Alumni Board will also be collecting the $20 for the Awards Dinner.
  • T signs are $100.

We are moving into the 21st century with payments and they are due in advance.

When the golf outing first started we communicated by post card.
We have improved!
NOW we are taking another step in the payment process.

We are going to need to collect all fees in advance. (Unlike last year.)

We will NOT be accepting Credit cards.

As far as we know, virtually every brother has a bank account of some kind and almost all banks offer “FREE BILL PAY” (or some dirivitive of that title where you can:

  2. Go to “Bill Pay”
  3. Set up a vendor:

Please pay the total due when completing the bill pay.

  • $20 just dinner
  • $55 just for golf
  • $75 for golf and dinner
  • $100 for T sign
  • $120 T sign and dinner
  • $175 for golf, dinner and T sign

This will hopefully make it more enjoyable and efficient for all involved.  Instead of transactions on site everything will be done in advance and all registrants will have to do is show up and get their names checked off the list.

At the welcom on Friday and Awards Dinner on Saturday there will be a registrant checklist and all you will have to do is check in.

Each year the event has grown and we wish to share the steps we have taken.

Please note these items:

  1. Any participant over the age of 70 will play from the Gold Tees rather than the normal White Tees (so it may encourage those of you under 70 to seek these brothers out for your team!
  2. The alumni Board will be providing a hot dog and drink at the clubhouse during the event for all registered attendees.
  3. Anyone interested in purchaseing a T-sign to support the Helping Hand Fund and chapter activities for $100 may do so by making that notation on your registration form and you will be contacted by Secretary John Farrar.
  4. We have created an online registration form for ease of registration. (See below)

Raffle, Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive.

We will be offering a Theta Chi Golf Bag as the raffle prize this year.

The only cash being collected on site will be for the Closest to the pin and Longest Drive competitions and the raffle.

All registrations MUST be finalized and received no later than May 29, 2026.

Let us know if you plan to stop by at the "Welcome Event" so we can make sure there are enough refreshments and food!
Let us know if you are coming to the outing, if you plan to play golf. Once the commitment is made you are financially responsible.
If you do not not have a foursome, just enter "Pair me with others" in the box. If this box is not completed, we will pair you with others.
Dinner includes several options, sides and drinks of your choice. Dinner reservations will be made on your behalf and payment will be expected in advance.
If by chance you have some folding chairs you can bring to the Awards Dinner please let us know. We could always use some additional seating.
Anything you can provide will help. It does not need to be expensive. Brother Chucky Boylan donated the highly coveted flashlights for several years. Let us know if you are willing to bring something.
You may inform us that you intend to order a Tee sign that will support the Zeta Alpha Helping Hand Fund andchapter activities. You will be contacted by Secretary John Farrar.
We are aware that there are some who do not use email of whom you may be aware are planning to attend. Or you may be planning to bring a spouse for dinner. Please add that information in this box to notify us of their attendance, plans for golf and meal reservation.
